Shipping:

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Free Shipping on orders of ₹799 or above

  • ₹50 shipping charge on orders below ₹799

  • Orders are generally shipped within 1–2 business days

For Partial COD Orders:

  • We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) instead of full COD.

  • 35% of the order value must be paid online in advance to confirm the order.

  • The remaining 65% can be paid at the time of delivery.

  • The advance amount paid for Partial COD is non-refundable in case of refusal or non-acceptance of the shipment.

In Case of RTO / Undelivered Order:

If a Partial COD order is returned to us due to customer refusal, non-availability, incorrect/incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or failure to accept delivery, the order will be considered RTO (Return to Origin).

To have the order shipped again:

  • The customer will be required to pay the remaining full order amount in advance before we re-dispatch the shipment.

  • If the customer does not wish to make the full payment, a minimum ₹100 re-shipping/shipping charge must be paid before the order can be dispatched again.

  • Any amount already paid towards the original shipment may not be refundable in case of an RTO caused by the customer.
