Refund policy

REPLACEMENTS & EXCHANGES

We accept Replacements on items that are in original packaging, unused, and unwashed within 7 days of order delivery in case of any defect or size issue. Please follow our Replacements/exchanges process below. If items do not meet our requirements for Replacement, they will be shipped back to you in lieu of a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (exceptions may apply). We do not cover the cost of Replacement shipping.  We do not accept cancellations 10 hours after an order has been placed.

Exchanges follow the same guidelines as our Replacement policy. Please note that we do not hold items while waiting for a Return. If your selected option is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges are free and can only be done once per order.

NOTE: In many cases, we may not have the product/size you wish to exchange for, so we recommend checking the sizing info and placing an order for the correct product/size you want and start the Replacement process.

Sale and clearance items are not eligible for refunds or exchange and are considered final sale. If we receive Returned sale items, the package will be Retuned at the expense of the customer and no refund will be issued.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us with your order number, a picture of the item in question, and a brief explanation of the damage/defect/or wrong item and we will correct the issue from there.

If item(s) fit within our Replacement’s guidelines contact us with the message “I want to submit a Replacement.” After you send the item(s), let us know the package is on its way and once we receive it, we’ll process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days to dispatch the exchanged product after your Replacement is processed.

For Exchanges, follow the above instructions but include the size (same styles only) you wish to exchange for. Once we receive your exchange, we’ll send out your replacement. We recommend you reference sizing information to ensure correct sizing.

Also, make sure to write your order number on the package somewhere.
